Meet Fr. Ken Ritter
Fr. Ken Ritter, M.Div., MHA, has served in various ministerial assignments, working extensively as a church pastor, in church schools as teacher, chaplain and administrator, from Pre-K through High School, and has significant experience in medical administration. He has served on a number of boards, including The Episcopal School in Baton Rouge, LA, and the Standing Committee and Executive Board of the Diocese of Louisiana. In addition to churches and schools in the New Orleans area, Fr. Ken served as Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church and Day School, Baton Rouge, LA, and as Priest-in-Charge at St. Stephan’s, Innis, LA. He has also served on the staffs of several Episcopal churches in the Baton Rouge area in recent years, namely St. James Episcopal Church and St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church. Fr. Ken also served as Chief Executive Officer at St. James Episcopal Retirement Community in Baton Rouge for seven years. Fr. Ken served as Interim Rector of Grace Episcopal Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before accepting the call as Trinity's Priest-in-Charge in April of 2017. Fr. Ken was called as Rector at Trinity Church in September 2018.
