At Trinity, Natchez, we attempt to provide meaningful programs and studies that help us all in furthering our understanding of and relationship with God.
Our Adult Christian Education classes meets at 9:15 on Sunday mornings in the Parish Hall. Class time is typically spent studying the lectionary scriptures for that Sunday and our discussion is guided by the publication “Synthesis” from The School of Theology at the University of the South (Sewanee). Many class members bring their own sources that they consider authoritative, from William Barclay to Bible for Dummies! The class offers a safe place for out-of-the-box theological discussion, and occasionally some of us may actually reach a state of enlightenment on a particular issue!
Other educational opportunities are offered throughout the year as announced. Watch for upcoming events.
